HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
1. Selecting what you would like to purchase
Using our online store is really quite simple! Firstly browse the products that we have available in the "products" section, or search for a product using the search function. Click on the thumbnail image to view a large high-resolution photo of an item and to access further technical information for any given product.
2. Adding itmes to your shopping cart
Once you have decided you would like to purchase a specific item, simply click on the "add" button to add this item to your shopping cart. The item will stay in your cart until you either remove it, or proceed to the checkout. You can now add other items to your cart by clicking the "continue shopping" button. When you have finished adding items, you can proceed to the checkout by clicking on "checkout" which appears in blue inside the black box on the right hand side of the page.
3. Proceed to the checkout
Once you have clicked on "checkout" you will be asked if you are a new customer or a returning customer. If you have purchased from us via our online store before, then simply enter the email address and password that you registered with our store the last time you made a purchase. If you are a new customer and have never made a purchase in our online store before, simply click the "new customer" button.
4. Logging in and signing up - new and existing customers
If you are a new customer, you will now be asked to enter some information such as your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number and to choose a password. You will also see an option for "Newsletter & Email Details", please choose if you prefer "HTML" or "Text-Only" by clicking in the prefered circle. Also choose from one option as to who referred you to us from the "Were you Referred to Us" option.

[STEP 1] Shipping Information - this page verifies that your delivery address is correct and if you want to add special instruction to your order, you can do so at the bottom in the box provided. If all the details are correct, click "contiue checkout" button on the bottom right hand side.
[STEP 2] Payment Information - this stage requires you to enter and Discount Code only if you have one. If you dont have a discount code, proceed to enter your credit card details to make your payment and click on "continue checkout"
[STEP 3] Review Order - this stage reviews your order and billing & delivery address and shows you the total amount including shipping that will be charged to your credit card. Once you have checked that all the details of your order are correct, press "confirm your order"
5. Submitting your order
Once you have entered your personal details you can then verify and submit your order. Check to ensure your details are correct and then click "save." This will submit the order to us. We will then confirm we have the item(s) you want in stock and ready to ship. If for some reason we do not, we will email you to let you know when they will be available. You will receive and email from us regarding your order confirmation
6. Shipping your order
We will ship your order within 24 hours from the time your order was placed and if due to some reason this is a delay then we will notify you via email. You can log in to the StreetBitz online store to check the status of your order (it will change from "pending" to "shipped") once we have despatched your goods.
7. Checking on your Order
Once we have shipped your order, we will email you a Fastway Courier track n trace number and you can click on the "Fastway Logo" on our homepage on the bottom right and track n trace your package through Fastway Courier's website
